Your life and your world can be healed when the
sense of separate, fragmented, split-off self is healed, reintegrated and transcended; when the dualistic mind illusions are seen for what they truly are: illusions.
Healing begins within us, at the unconscious level. Healing is inner metamorphosis. All it takes is a shift in perception, a shift in awareness.

In the IEP Curriculum,
no one is above anyone else. No person is more important than another. Everyone is a leader in their own life. There are no ranks. There are no grades. There are no gurus. There are no rescuers. There is no quick fix.
The IEP has only one curriculum: to mentor people in healing the illusion of (perception of) separation from Source by reconnecting with their core, their true, unique individuality --which is the source of love we all come from, the Heart of All Things.
This is the attunement with the heart. The intelligence of the heart can guide us and tell us all we need to know.
This is the inner path, the path of compassion, the return to innocent thinking. On the path of the heart, we must travel light, which means we must let go of the emotional baggage and limitation beliefs unconscious programming.
The Path of the Heart or the Path of Self-Transcendence is therefore a pathless and agendaless journey because we do not need to go anywhere. We do not need to do anything. We are already free and Innocent. We are just not aware of that. The path of the heart is the process of remembering who we truly are.
In unity (heart) consciousness,
we refuse either the role of the victim or the role of the victimizer. Self-transcendence or emancipation achieved at the expense of others is an act of oppression, is a form of dehumanization.
Unity consciousness is the path of the heart. Unity consciousness is the Middle Way, the way of integration, the way of synthesis.
In the IEP, the term "healing" or "self-healing" means to rise above dualistic thinking, also known as the consciousness of dialectics (the egoitic, human mind), which is the sense of separate self. Healing is the re-integration of our psyche at micro and macro levels. We must allow the belief that we are separated (from one another and from Life Itself) to be healed (transcended).

In the IEP Curriculum,
education refers to the ongoing process of self-transcendence. Education is the process by which a person tunes in to the Source of All Life in everything and everyone, the source of creativity and inspiration. Education refers to self-exploration and therefore psychological self-healing. It is the process by which we free our minds from finite things and self-created illusions. Education implies a consciousness shift. Education brings about a quantum leap, DNA reconnection. Education questions the status quo, conventionality, and the orthodoxy. Education is the process of clearing the subconscious mind of the dialectical worldview; it is about conscious living. Everyone teaches, yet everyone is a student. Education is aimed at healing the illusion of separation. Education fosters sovereignty and self-responsibility. Integral education is aimed at fully integrating the right and the left hemispheres of the human brain. Both hemispheres are reintegrated when a person awakens to the intelligence of the heart. As an individual self-transcends, the east and the west become fully integrated; the feminine and the masculine aspects become fully integrated; science and spirituality become fully integrated.
Teaching means to inspire, guide, and mentor self-transcendence. Everyone can teach; yet nothing needs to be taught, for all we need to know comes from within. The teacher makes everything possible for his/her pupils. The teacher encourages people to think for themselves. The teacher helps free people from the sense of separate (limited/finite) self. Teaching means to inspire self-honesty, self-transcendence, self-observation, and self-awareness. In the IEP, rather than the terms "teacher" and "student", we use the term "practitioners of the heart."
Learning is an ongoing quest for self-rediscovery, self-transcendence, self-mastery, and consciousness expansion. A person takes charge of his/her learning experience. He or she is a leader in his/her own world. He or she is a life explorer. Like the entire universe, we are constantly evolving, expanding and transcending ourselves.
Learning is to become aware of what we know in deep or higher levels of our being. Learning is to empty ourselves of the conditioned mind. Education is therefore to access deeper levels of awareness. Learning is the process by which the unconscious is made conscious. Our perceptions of self are then healed and transcended.
Classes and other gatherings are "heart talks", round table dialogues, in which participants are encouraged to speak from the heart.

We are practitioners of the Heart.
Integral means complete, holistic, entire, fully integrated, whole. Integral education means full inclusion, for it is inclusive of everything. Integral means essential. Integral means synthesis, for it rises above dualistic thinking. Integral education encompasses mind, body and spirit (Heart).
Self-transcendence refers to the process of letting go of limitation beliefs, social and mind conditioning and ego-personality created illusions. When we let go of (transcend) the ego personality, we awaken ourselves to the true, magnificent beings that we are.
Self-transcendence refers to the transcendence of body and mind perceptions (emotions, truths, judgments, and opinions), and that is accomplished with unconditional love, compassion and self-honesty. It refers to the detachment from the illusory separation (independence) from the whole and the sense of fragmented Self.
Integral Self-transcendent Education is integral and integrative.
Continuous change is at the root of integral, self-transcendent education whether it is introducing healthier ways of being or inner work that brings about radical development and/or healing of psychological and mental blockages.
